1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between Auto-École Bruno sàrl, here represented by Bruno Motorcycle Tours sàrl, and its customers for participation in guided motorbike tours. Any deviating agreements require written confirmation.

2. services

Bruno Motorcycle Tours sàrl offers guided motorbike tours. The exact tour description, included services (e.g. route planning, accompaniment, possible accommodation arrangements) and prices are listed on the website and in the respective tour offers.

3. Registration and conclusion of contract

You can register for a tour by e-mail or telephone. A contract is concluded when Bruno Motorcycle Tours sàrl confirms the booking.

4. Participation requirements

• Valid motorbike driving licence
• Roadworthy motorbike (either your own or a rental motorbike from the selected service provider)
• Appropriate protective clothing
• Own accident and liability insurance Bruno Motorcycle Tours sàrl reserves the right to exclude participants who do not fulfil these requirements. When using a rental motorbike, the separate rental conditions apply, which are agreed with the customer in advance.

5. Prices and terms of payment

The prices quoted are per person. Payment is due no later than 42 days before the start of the tour. Accepted method of payment: bank transfer.
Our tours must be paid in full before departure.
A deposit of 30% is due upon receipt of invoice to reserve the tour. After receipt of this deposit, the tour is considered accepted by the customer and booked as binding.

6. Cancellation by the customer

Refunds or cancellations by the customer are unfortunately not possible. We therefore explicitly recommend insuring the booked tours.

7. Cancellation or changes by the organiser

Bruno Motorcycle Tours sàrl reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour due to force majeure (e.g. weather conditions, safety risks, insufficient number of participants). In this case, the customer will be offered an alternative tour or a refund.

8. Disclaimer

Participation in the tours is at your own risk. Bruno Motorcycle Tours sàrl is not liable for accidents, damages or losses, unless these are due to gross negligence or intent on the part of the organiser.

9. Behaviour during the tour

Participants undertake to comply with the applicable traffic regulations and to follow the instructions of the tour guide. In the event of grossly negligent behaviour, the participant may be excluded from the tour.

10. Data protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy.

11. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

The law of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg applies. The place of jurisdiction for disputes is the registered office of the company, unless a different arrangement is made in the respective situation.

12. Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
